The version shipped from gitHub already comes with pre-configured basic settings for an immediate start of JA2 1.13
Step 03: extract the downloaded file from step 02 (it's a zip-archive) over your JA2 installation (from step 01), allow overwriting of existing files Step 02: download latest 1.13 from link above Steam Folder), it's adviced to copy-paste ja2 from there to somewhere else
